Under the KOSGEB 2026 Digital Transformation Support Program, SMEs can receive up to 70% non-repayable grants for ERP software, cloud infrastructure, and automation system expenditures. This support is open to companies with 1 to 250 employees in manufacturing, logistics, service, and retail sectors.

Who Can Apply?

Businesses registered in Turkey with at least 1 year of operating history
Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises with 1–250 employees
Companies registered in the KOSGEB database (free registration)
Businesses without tax or SGK premium debt
Companies that have not benefited from the same support program in the last 3 years

Covered Expense Items

ERP license and subscription fees (including SectionERP)
Implementation and setup consulting expenses
Cloud infrastructure and server costs
User training and certification programs
Data migration and integration projects

The upper support limit has been raised to TRY 500,000 in the 2026 program. For companies with a digital maturity assessment score of 70 or above, this limit can reach TRY 750,000.

Application Process: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to the KOSGEB e-Application portal and register your business
2. Complete the Digital Transformation Support Program application form
3. Prepare business plan and digital transformation roadmap documents
4. Obtain a quotation and product technical specification document from your ERP vendor
5. Submit the application to the regional directorate for approval (average 30 business days)
6. After approval, make the expenditures and keep invoices/receipts
7. Prepare the payment request file and submit it to KOSGEB
